建立社会主义市场经济体制，需要以马克思主义经济理论为指导。本文力求在市场主体、市场价格、市场竞争、市场风险、市场弱点等方面探讨《资本论》对社会主义市场经济的指导作用，并结合现实阐明建立中国市场经济体制必须解决的若干问题，还论述了加强国家宏观调控和加强法制建设的极端重要性。
To establish a socialist market economic system needs to be guided by Marxist economic theory. This article seeks to explore the guiding role of “capitalism” to the socialist market economy in the aspects of market main body, market price, market competition, market risk and market weakness, and expounds some problems which must be solved in establishing China’s market economic system It is of the utmost importance to strengthen the state’s macro-control and to strengthen the legal system.
