行星齿轮传动把定轴线传动变为动轴线传动,采用分流传动,由数个行星轮分担载荷,并采用合理的均载装置。行星传动具有许多优点,突出地表现在重量轻、体积小、传动比范围大、承载能力高、效率高等方面。以2K-H(NGW)型为例,单级传动的传动效率η=0.96~0.98,两级传动η=0.94~0.96,三级传动η=0.90~0.92。 我厂在隧洞掘进机上采用2K-H型行星齿轮传动,实践证明使用比较可靠、传动平稳、噪声小。现将先后研制的并应用于生产实际的三种类型作一介绍。
Planetary gear transmission to the fixed axis drive into the dynamic axis of transmission, the use of shunt drive by a few planets to share the load, and the use of reasonable load sharing device. Planetary transmission has many advantages, outstanding performance in light weight, small size, wide transmission ratio, high carrying capacity, high efficiency and so on. Taking 2K-H (NGW) model as an example, the transmission efficiency of single stage transmission η = 0.96 ~ 0.98, the two stage transmission η = 0.94 ~ 0.96 and the third stage transmission η = 0.90 ~ 0.92. I plant in the tunnel boring machine with 2K-H-type planetary gear drive, the practice proved more reliable, smooth transmission, low noise. Now will be developed and applied to the actual production of the three types for an introduction.
