中国的大企业面对激烈的市场竞争,就需要在企业发展战略上进行创新,以推进企业经济效益的发展,利于在市场上占据优势地位。加强人力资源管理成为了提升企业自身竞争实力的一个重要因素,在企业的发展战略体系中是不容忽视的。本文针对创新战略导向下的人力资源管理实践内涵进行探讨。
In the face of fierce market competition, China’s large enterprises need to innovate in the strategy of enterprise development in order to promote the development of the economic benefits of enterprises and benefit the dominant position in the market. Strengthening human resources management has become an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, which can not be ignored in the development strategy of enterprises. This paper discusses the connotation of human resource management practice under the guidance of innovation strategy.
