从海南 13个地区分离获得的 17个 Colletotrichum musae分离菌系经测定 ,无论是菌丝生长还是孢子萌发均以 30℃为适温 ,p H值 6~ 7为最佳条件 ;菌丝生长的最佳碳源是葡萄糖 ,而孢子萌发最佳碳源则是蔗糖 ,5种碳源都可提高孢子萌发率 ;自然光照 ( 12 h光暗交替 )最有利于菌丝生长 ,30min紫外照射可使分生孢子致死。 17个菌系菌落形态特征、菌丝体生长速率和致病力均有很大差异 ,其中以屯昌 3、文昌 4、琼山 1和万宁 1等菌系的菌丝生长快 ,而临高 1、昌江 3和昌江 6则最为缓慢。
Seventeen Colletotrichum musae isolates isolated from 13 areas of Hainan Island were determined to be optimal for both hyphae growth and spore germination at 30 ℃ and pH 6-7. The best carbon source is glucose, while the best carbon source for spore germination is sucrose. Five kinds of carbon sources can increase the spore germination rate. Natural light (12 h light and dark alternation) is most conducive to mycelial growth, 30min UV irradiation can make the points Conidia lethal. The morphological characteristics of 17 bacterial colonies, mycelium growth rate and pathogenicity are very different, including Tunchang 3, Wenchang 4, Qiongshan 1 and Wanning 1 strains of mycelial growth fast, while High 1, Changjiang 3 and Changjiang 6 is the slowest.
