1928年4月3日上午,毛泽东身穿灰军装,健步登上湖南桂东县沙田镇稻田边临时搭起的土戏台。他首先向部队讲述,没有纪律不成军队、没有统一指挥就不能打胜仗的道理,对部队当时存在的一些违反纪律的现象进行了批评教育,然后扳着指头,逐条逐项地向部队正式颁布三大纪律、六项注意。三大纪律是:一、一切行动听指挥。二、不拿工人农民一点东西。三、打土豪要归公。六项注意是:一、上门板。二、捆铺草。
On the morning of April 3, 1928, Mao Zedong was dressed in gray uniform and walked aboard the clay court set on the paddy field in Shatian Town, Guidong County, Hunan Province. He first told the troops that there was no discipline that no army could not win a war but could not win the war without unified command. They criticized some of the armed forces’ existing violations of discipline at that time and then formally promulgated them on a case-by-case basis. Great discipline, six notices. Three disciplines are: First, all actions to listen to command. Second, do not take workers and peasants something. Third, playing tycoon to go public. Six note is: First, the door.
