论述 2 0CrMnMoA渗碳淬火齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的试验研究。试验在英国产STRON 16 0 3型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上进行。短寿命区采用四级恒定应力水平的成组试验法 ,长寿命区采用应力升降试验法。在试验数据基础上 ,根据统计学原理 ,拟合出完整的C -R -S -N曲线 ,并获得各种可靠度下的弯曲疲劳极限值。
Research on the Bending Fatigue Strength of 20CrMnMoA Carburized Quenching Gear. The test was performed on a STRON 16 0 3 electromagnetic resonance fatigue test machine manufactured in the United Kingdom. The short-lived zone adopts four groups of constant stress levels of the group test method, long-life zone stress rise and fall test method. Based on the experimental data, the complete C -R -S -N curve was fitted according to the statistical principle and the bending fatigue limit under various reliability was obtained.
