针对系统存在测量噪声的情况,研究了飞机舵面发生振荡故障的故障诊断算法。鉴于系统的输出对于控制输入故障具有一定程度的不敏感性,提出一种基于输入估计的故障检测方法。设计一阶鲁棒微分器,利用传感器测量到的液压舵机输出杆位置估计其杆速度,同时,利用微分器的输出对故障信号进行估计并分析故障估计值的收敛性。最后,分别针对“液态”振荡故障及“固态”振荡故障进行仿真验证。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of measuring the noise in the system, the fault diagnosis algorithm of the aircraft rudder oscillation fault is studied. Since the output of the system is insensitive to control input faults, a fault detection method based on input estimation is proposed. A first-order robust differentiator is designed to estimate the rod speed of the hydraulic servo output rod measured by the sensor. At the same time, the output of the differentiator is used to estimate the fault signal and analyze the convergence of the fault estimate. Finally, simulations were carried out for the “liquid” oscillations and the “solid state” oscillations respectively. Simulation results show the effectiveness of this method.
