目的:探讨应用窄带成像(NBD内镜光源诊断结肠息肉样病变的临床价值。方法:选择156例经常规结肠镜检查发现的息肉样病变202个,切换至NBI内镜光源进行观察,比较两种方法对息肉样病变的成像清晰度,根据病变的轮廓、表面微结构及表面微血管形态显像评估息肉性质,并与病理检查结果进行对照分析。结果:应用NBI内镜光源对结肠息肉样病变的轮廓、表面微结构及表面微血管形态显像的清晰度,均非常显著优于普通内镜(P<0.01)。对照病理检查结果,应用NBI内镜光源对结肠腺瘤性息肉诊断的准确度(符合率)、敏感度、特异性分别为94.5%、92.9%和95.7%,普通内镜分别为78.7%、70.6%和92.5%;应用NBI内镜光源对结肠腺瘤性息肉诊断的准确度、敏感度均非常显著高于普通内镜(P<0.01)。结论:应用NBI内镜光源观察病变的轮廓、表面微结构及表面微血管形态,可以较准确地鉴别结肠腺瘤性息肉。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of narrow band imaging (NBD endoscopy) in the diagnosis of polypoid lesions of colon.Methods: 202 polyposis lesions detected by conventional colonoscopy were selected and switched to NBI endoscope light source for comparison.
