本文报告了使蛋白质抗原共价结合在红细胞表面的一种较适用方法。本法是根据有异氰化物(N—γ—异氰基—乙基吗啉:N—r—Isocgano—propymorphol:n)或是N—异氰基—乙基吗啉(N—Isocgono—etnylmor pholin)存在情况下,经氧化的红细胞表面醛基与蛋白质的氨基(或羧基)发生共价结合。采用这种特殊致敏的红细胞作被动血凝试验,非特异凝集现象不出现或是出现的非常低,且可检出抗血清中微量(8—30ng/ml)。本法的反应是相当复杂的,结合反应实际上包括了细胞上的醛基与蛋白质
