采用问卷调查法对河南省53所特殊教育学校体育教师的数量、专业来源、培训情况、学历结构、职称结构等方面进行了调查与分析。结果表明:河南省特殊教育学校体育教师数量适中,基本能满足体育教学的需要;体育教师队伍专业化程度不高,接受过相关培训的教师数量偏少,且主要以短期培训为主;体育教师特殊教育经验已有一定积累,但是学历达标率偏低,知识结构不全面;体育教师队伍比较年轻化,中级职称的体育教师是体育教学的主导力量。
By questionnaire survey, the number of PE teachers in 53 special education schools in Henan Province, professional sources, training conditions, educational structure and professional title structure were investigated and analyzed. The results show that: the number of physical education teachers in special education schools in Henan Province is moderate, which can basically meet the needs of physical education; the degree of specialization of physical education teachers is not high, the number of teachers who receive relevant training is less, and mainly short-term training; Special education experience has been accumulated, but the academic attainment rate is low, the knowledge structure is not comprehensive; relatively young sports teachers, mid-level physical education teachers are the dominant force in physical education.
