用浊点法测定了溴化N-乙基吡啶([Epy]Br)-酒石酸钾(C_4H_4O_6K_2)-水(H_2O)双水相体系在298.15 K温度下双节线数据,并测定了液液相平衡数据,绘制其相图。采用Merchuk方程等对双水相体系双节线数据进行关联,采用Othmer~Tobias方程和Bancroft方程、Setschenow-type方程等对液液相平衡数据进行了关联,并给出了方程的相关参数,所有线性相关系数(R~2)均大于0.99。得到的相平衡数据为[Epy]Br-C_4H_4O_6-H_2O双水相体系在物质萃取、分离、提纯方面的应用提供了理论依据。
Cloud point method was used to determine the double line data of the aqueous two-phase system of [Epy] Br-potassium tartrate (C_4H_4O_6K_2) - water (H_2O) at 298.15 K. The liquid- Balance the data and plot its phase diagram. Merchuk equation was used to correlate the two-phase data of the aqueous two-phase system. The liquid-liquid equilibrium data were correlated using the Othmer-Tobias equation, the Bancroft equation, the Setchenow-type equation and the related parameters of the equation The linear correlation coefficient (R ~ 2) was greater than 0.99. The obtained phase equilibrium data provided the theoretical basis for the application of [Epy] Br-C_4H_4O_6-H_2O aqueous two-phase system in material extraction, separation and purification.
