为了解大鼠睾丸在其个体发育及衰老过程中所发生的变化,我们对大鼠睾丸进行为期一年半的动态观察,并做了一些定量分析,为选用不同发育阶段的实验动物提供参数。一、材料与方法 1.实验动物 Wistar大鼠由上海第二军医大学引进,在我所饲养,采用一雌一雄随机交配法繁殖,出生后30天离乳。每笼存养5只,饲养在空调实验室里,室温15~28℃。每天喂颗粒饲料和喂水不限量。实验用55只大鼠,分成11个观察组,每组5只,于出生后第10、30、50、70、90、120、180、220、300、400和550天顺次分组处死,进行指标检查。 2.实验方法每次处死前称体重,处死后取出
In order to understand the changes of rat testes during their individual development and aging, we conducted a dynamic observation of rat testes for a year and a half and did some quantitative analysis to provide parameters for selecting experimental animals of different developmental stages. I. Materials and Methods 1. Experimental animals Wistar rats were introduced from Shanghai Second Military Medical University and were bred in our institute. Five per cage, kept in air-conditioned laboratory, room temperature 15 ~ 28 ℃. Feeding pellets and feeding water daily is not limited. Fifty-five rats in experiment were divided into eleven observation groups, with five in each group. The rats were sacrificed on the 10th, 30th, 70th, 70th, 90th, 120th, 180th, 200th, 300th, 400th and 550th days after birth, an examination. 2.
