Delegates: You are very pleased to participate in the workshop organized by the Papermaking Society and the Association to accelerate the development of raw material forest base construction in the paper industry. After the institutional reform, for the first time on behalf of the Industry Planning Division to participate in the paper industry seminars, mainly to learn and understand the situation. In general, the State Council approved “Several Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Papermaking Industry Raw Material Forest Bases” and publicizing and implementing the “15th” papermaking industry.
