群众反映沈阳市铁西区某社区卫生服务中心医护人员态度差问题。经铁西区卫生局调查,该服务中心值班人员王某在患者咨询时,说话声音大,语气生硬,引起患者家属不满。针对此事,该中心决定给予王某警告处分,并罚款100元。群众反映大连市开发区某街道卫生服务中心某护士佩戴首饰并美甲问题。经相关部门调查,该护士不遵守技术操作规范,工作考核不合格。经该街道卫生服务中心决定,对该护士作出了辞退处理。
