:目的探讨 2 1d - 6°头低位卧床 (HDBR)对气体分布和小气道功能的影响。方法采用Vmax2 2LV肺功能仪 ,对 1 6名健康男性被试者卧床前、后及卧床不同时间反映小气道功能的指标 (ΔN2 、CV、CV/VC %、LCI)进行了测试。结果ΔN2 在恢复期平卧位与卧床前平卧位及卧床早期比较其增加有统计学意义 ;CV仅在卧床第 1天 (HDBR 2 0min左右 )测量值与卧床前平卧位比有显著增加 ,CV/VC %的变化与之一致 ;LCI的变化不明显。结论 2 1d - 6°头低位卧床对气体分布有影响。CV仅在头低位卧床开始阶段一过性的增加 ,2 1d - 6°头低位卧床使气体分布不均有增加趋势。
: Objective To investigate the effects of HDL at 21d - 6 ° on gas distribution and small airway function. Methods Vmax2 2LV pulmonary function test instrument was used to test the indicators of small airway function (ΔN2, CV, CV / VC%, LCI) in 16 healthy male subjects before and after bed rest. Results ΔN2 had a statistically significant increase in the supine position during recovery compared with the supine position before bed rest and early bed rest. The CV only increased significantly on the first day of bed (HDBR 20 min) compared with the supine position before bed rest , CV / VC% change consistent; LCI change is not obvious. Conclusions 2d - 6o head low bed rest affects gas distribution. CV only increased temporarily at the beginning of bedridden ambulation, and there was an increasing trend of uneven gas distribution in 21d - 6 ° bedside ambulation.
