大庆精神在新时期石油院校班级管理中的传承与弘扬

大学班级管理对于本科阶段学生的成长教育具有重要影响。班级管理的精细化是人才培养精细化的前提。石油院校作为行业特色型大学,在班级管理理念方面需要体现其办学特色,遵循行业发展需求,将石油文化的深刻内涵融入到精细化管理之中,在班级文化中弘扬大庆精神。在新能源和非常规能源研究大发展的今天,以资源勘探为主的专业,焕发着新的朝气,本文以中国石油大学(北京)勘查专业班级管理为蓝本,探索基于特色化培养需要的班级精细化管理。 The management of university class has an important influence on the growth education of undergraduate students. The refinement of class management is the prerequisite for personnel training. As an industry-oriented university, petroleum colleges and universities need to embody its characteristics of running a school and follow the development needs of the industry in order to integrate the profound connotation of petroleum culture into the fine management and promote the spirit of Daqing in the class culture. Today, with the great development of new energy and unconventional energy research, the specialty of resource exploration mainly rejuvenates the new vigor. Based on the class management of exploration major of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), this paper explores the class based on the specialization training Fine management.
