我省的一个34名干部99名工人的小型桥梁工程队,在1963年里克服了工程任务量大分散,施工力量薄弱以及开工晚、工期短等等困难,完成了井筒基础15米跨径、排架桩圢台10米,7.5米、6米等不同跨径钢筋混凝土桥梁7座及16米跨径拱桥一座,共完成了永久性桥梁8座延长276.72米,涵管3,000节,工作量共90万元,他们的做法主要有以下几个方面:一、设立预制场,推行装配式、组织流水作业,减少常年施工点。为解决施工力量弱,工程分散的矛盾,该队采取了尽量减少施工点的办法,除了在下井筒的八虎力桥和明水砖拱桥工程设立了固定工地外,其他6座桥梁都采用集中预制巡回按装的方法,由于在预制场集中预制构件,钢筋混凝土工程施工的机械
