常听人说,人际关系难处理。笔者以四十多年的工作经历,总结出了一个秘诀:等距离。等距离是指在工作中,与上级、下级、同级的人际关系距离相等。我可以问心无愧地说,不管在哪里工作,既没有恩人,也没有仇人。就以我二十年先后在两家银行总行的经历为例,始终处在中层领导位置。对上,和所有行长等距离,我自定了一条铁律:绝不到行长家拜访,有事到办公室谈;对下级,一视同仁,有事在办公室谈。
