对新疆塔中栽培荒漠肉苁蓉Cistanche deserticola干燥肉质茎的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱技术(正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20,MCI,ODS以及半制备高效液相色谱等)进行分离纯化,运用NMR、MS等波谱方法以及结合文献数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从塔中栽培荒漠肉苁蓉干燥肉质茎85%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个木脂素类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:(+)-丁香脂素-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),(+)-isoeucommin A(2),(+)-麦奥迪脂素-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),(+)-松脂素单甲基醚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),落叶松脂醇-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),落叶松脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),conicaoside(7),dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),dehydrodiconiferyl alcoholγ’-O-β-D-glucoside(9),橙皮素A(10),阿拉善苷A(11)。其中化合物1,3~7,10,11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2,8,9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of dried succulent stems of cultivated Desert Cistanche deserticola in the Tazhong area of Xinjiang were studied. The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques (normal phase silica gel, gel Sephadex LH-20, MCI, ODS and semi-preparative HPLC). The isolated compounds were analyzed by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods in combination with literature data Structure Identification. Results Eleven lignan compounds were isolated from 85% ethanol extract of Cistanche tubulosa (Cistanche tubulosa) in the tower. Their structures were identified as (+) - syringin-4’-O-β- (+) - isoeucommin A (2), (+) - myostudin-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) Β-D-glucoside (4), decalin-4’-O-β-D-glucoside (5) , conicaoside (7), dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol γ’- O -β-D-glucoside (9), hesperetin A ). Compounds 1, 3 ~ 7, 10 and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 2, 8 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
