目的建立黄芩药材高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)总离子流指纹图谱的评价方法。方法SHIMADZU VP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈与0.1%甲酸进行梯度洗脱;流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长276nm。结果得到分离度、重现性均较好的黄芩药材HPLC-ESI-MS总离子流色谱指纹图谱,标示了14个共有峰,以各峰的保留时间和相对峰面积作为数量化基础并借助SPSS13.0数据处理软件进行模糊聚类分析,结果表明山东产黄芩相似性较好,与外省样品有较明显区别。结论黄芩药材指纹图谱的构建,为控制其质量提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total ion chromatogram of Radix Scutellariae by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). Methods SHIMADZU VP-ODS column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used to elute acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid. The flow rate was 0.8ml / min and the detection wavelength was 276nm. The results obtained by HPLC-ESI-MS total ion chromatogram fingerprinting of Scutellariae Radix which has better resolution and reproducibility indicated 14 common peaks, .0 data processing software for fuzzy clustering analysis showed that the similarity of Shandong baicalin production is better, and there is a more obvious difference between the samples from other provinces. Conclusion The construction of Radix Scutellariae fingerprinting provides the basis for its quality control.
