研究采用 ABC免疫组织化学技术和图像分析的方法 ,通过观察人卵巢上皮癌组织中 CD3、 CD4、 CD8阳性 T细胞数和表达强度 ,了解卵巢上皮癌局部微环境的免疫状态 ,与卵巢上皮癌发生、发展的关系。结果发现 ,在卵巢上皮癌中 ,CD3+ 、CD8+ T细胞数量明显减少 ,与正常卵巢组织相比较 ,两者具有显著性差异 ,同时其表达强度也明显降低 ,并与临床分期和病理分级相关。 CD4+ T细胞数量明显减少 ,与正常卵巢组织相比较具有显著性差异 ,其表达强度虽呈下降趋势 ,但无显著性差异
