运用热裂解气相色谱质谱联用技术(Py/GC-MS)分别与红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对不饱和聚酯树脂和苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)改性的热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)的有机成分进行综合定性分析。首先使用Py/GC-MS得到两种材料裂解产物的结构,然后利用FTIR测试了不饱和聚酯树脂的红外光谱,并对其红外光谱峰进行了详细描述;利用DSC测试改性TPEE的熔点和玻璃化转变温度。实验结果表明,Py/GC-MS与FTIR或DSC相互验证,才能获得更准确、可靠的聚合物复合材料定性结果。
The effects of unsaturated polyester resin and styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer on the structure of unsaturated polyester resin were studied by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py / GC-MS) with infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Styrene block copolymer (SEBS) modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) of the organic components of a comprehensive qualitative analysis. The pyrolysis products of the two materials were firstly obtained by Py / GC-MS. Then the FTIR spectra of the unsaturated polyester resin were measured and the IR spectra of the polyester resin were described in detail. The melting points of the modified TPEE and Glass transition temperature. The experimental results show that Py / GC-MS and FTIR or DSC mutual authentication can obtain more accurate and reliable qualitative results of polymer composites.
