杏仁为蔷薇科植物杏或山杏的干燥成热种仁。生品含苦杏仁甙、苦杏仁酶及脂肪油。苦杏仁酶在有水参加的情况下可分解苦杏仁甙,但对高温极敏感,当温度达80—100℃时,其作用丧失。我院炮制室采用保暖瓶法去酶保甙,取得了好效果。具体操作方法是:取苦杏仁0.5kg,8磅保暖水瓶1个,先将苦杏仁拣选干净,放入保暖水瓶中,再将烧沸的水倒入瓶中,直到水灌满瓶子,盖紧瓶塞,5min后将药物与水
