近年来,我们长岭炼化公司为了适应企业参与国际国内市场竞争的需要,根据企业深化改革改制的实际,全力打造企业新文化,把企业文化建设作为提升企业核心竞争力的重点工作来抓,在企业体制创新和机制创新中融铸企业文化新理念,在企业组织管理流程再造中融铸企业新文化。我们的企业文化再造工程,促进了企业各项工作协调发展,结束了连续三年亏损的被动局面,走出了困境,今年上半年公司实现利润5000万元。根据企业实际,我们着重从四个方面着手建设企业新文化。
