目的 :研究左旋精氨酸对缺血再灌注心肌能量代谢及血管功能的作用。方法 :使家兔离体心脏缺血 180min,然后再灌注 6 0 min,实验组中的心肌保护液中加入左旋精氨酸。用 31 P磁共振仪动态观察心肌内能量的变化规律。同时观察再灌后冠状动脉流量的变化。结果 :左旋精氨酸在缺血期间能够有效地保存心肌内三磷酸腺苷和磷酸肌苷的含量并能提高再灌注后的冠状动脉流量。结论 :左旋精氨酸对缺血再灌注的兔心脏功能有良好的保护作用
Objective: To study the effect of L-arginine on myocardial energy metabolism and vascular function during ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Rabbit hearts were ischemia for 180 min and then reperfused for 60 min. L-arginine was added to the cardioplegic solution in the experimental group. Dynamically observe the changes of myocardial energy with 31 P magnetic resonance. At the same time observe the changes of coronary flow after reperfusion. Results: L-arginine could effectively preserve myocardial adenosine triphosphate and inosine monophosphate during ischemia and increase coronary flow after reperfusion. Conclusion: L-arginine has a good protective effect on the cardiac function in rabbits with ischemia-reperfusion injury
