随着空间飞行器的组成和功能日趋复杂,通过在轨维护模块更换技术保证其在复杂空间环境下的持久、可靠运行,具有重大经济和战略价值。通过对国外在轨维护模块更换技术进行梳理,并着重对适用于微小、中型模块的可更换模块适配器,立足于现代成熟制造加工技术,应用功能分析法进行自主创新设计。经检测所研发的模块更换适配器符合设计预期,推动了我国在轨维护模块更换技术多样化的发展。
With the increasingly complex composition and function of spacecraft, it is of great economic and strategic value to maintain its long-term and reliable operation in a complex space environment by in-orbit maintenance module replacement technology. Through the maintenance of foreign countries in the maintenance module replacement technology to sort out, and focus on the applicable to small, medium module replaceable module adapter, based on modern mature manufacturing technology, application of functional analysis for independent innovation design. Developed by the test module replacement adapter in line with design expectations, promoting China’s on-orbit maintenance module replacement technology diversification.
