目的:建立蒙药清咽六味散中甘草酸的含量测定及薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,应用(Diamonsil C18 5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1);检测波长:250 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的丁香、甘草、木香、诃子进行了鉴别。结果:甘草酸在0.506 2~3.543 8μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,甘草酸的平均回收率为100.45%,RSD为0.82%(n=6);薄层色谱鉴别中各味药的特征斑点清晰,专属性强。结论:含量测定方法简便,精密度高,分离度好;薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,无干扰,可作为该制剂的质控方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Mongolian medicine Qingyan Liuwei San and its identification by TLC. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2 mol / L ammonium acetate solution and glacial acetic acid (67:33:1). The detection wavelength was 250 nm ; Flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: 30 ℃; TLC, TLC, licorice, woody, Myrobalan were identified. Results: Glycyrrhizic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.506 2 ~ 3.543 8μg. The average recovery of glycyrrhizin was 100.45% with RSD of 0.82% (n = 6) Feature spots clear, specific and strong. Conclusion: The determination of content is simple, high precision, good resolution; thin layer chromatography identification method with strong specificity, without interference, as the preparation of quality control methods.
