随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的建筑领域也得到了飞速的发展。在我国建筑领域当中,一般都利用砖混结构进行建筑,具有选材方便、施工简单、工期相对较低并且造价低廉的特点,被广泛应用于我国的建筑房屋过程当中。在砖混结构当中大多是利用粘土砖和混合砂浆共同建造的。在对于地震的设计方面,由于本身组成材料和链接方式的特点,导致了房屋的抗震性能相对较差。本文首先对现阶段的砖混建筑结构的现状进行了分析;其次利用实际工程的应用对其技术进行了分析研究。
With the continuous development of our country’s economy, the construction field in our country has also been developing rapidly. In the construction field of our country, generally use the brick-concrete structure for construction, which has the characteristics of convenient material selection, simple construction, relatively low construction period and low cost, and is widely used in the process of building houses in China. Most of the brick-concrete structures are constructed using clay bricks and mixed mortar. In the design of earthquakes, due to the characteristics of their own constituent materials and linking methods, the seismic performance of houses is relatively poor. This article first analyzes the current status of the brick-concrete building structure; secondly, it analyzes and studies the technology using the actual engineering application.
