进入21世纪以来,处在经济和社会双重转型期的中国频频发生食品安全事件,于此同时也暴露出中国政府在食品安全领域中存在的不足和缺失。如何科学有效地遏制、防止此类事件的再发生,还原安全、卫生、营养的食用环境,是政府必须认真解决的重要问题。进一步完善中国的食品安全政府监管,需要从多方面共同推进,需要法律体系的完善、行政监管结构的优化、应急机制的建设、食品安全技术支持体系的升级等协同作用,形成合力,从而达到提升中国食品安全政府监管水平的目的。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, frequent food safety incidents in China, which are in a period of economic and social double transformation, have also revealed the shortcomings and deficiencies of the Chinese government in the field of food safety.
