文章基于信息系统持续使用模型(ECM-ISC)和承诺信任理论,探索了承包方用户持续使用意愿的前导因素及影响效应。通过对威客中国等众包社区用户进行数据采集,对理论模型进行实证分析,得出相关结论。结果表明,满意度、承诺、习惯是正向影响承包方用户持续使用行为的关键因素,其中满意度的影响效应最为显著,信任具有中介调节作用;感知有用性是影响满意度最显著的ECM关键因素,期望确认度和感知娱乐对满意度均有比较重要的正向影响效应。
Based on the information system continuous use model (ECM-ISC) and commitment trust theory, the article explores the lead factors and impact effects of contractors’ willingness to use continuously. Through the data acquisition of crowdsourcing community users in China, such as Witkey, empirical analysis of the theoretical model, draw the relevant conclusions. The results show that satisfaction, commitment and habit are the key factors that positively affect the continuous use behavior of contractors. Among them, the most significant effect of satisfaction is satisfaction, and trust plays an intermediary role. The perceived usefulness is the most significant factor affecting the satisfaction of ECM , Expected recognition and perceived entertainment have more important positive effect on satisfaction.
