产业结构调整作为经济结构战略性调整的有效抓手,将稳增长、调结构和深化改革结合起来,加快推进经济发展方式的实质性转变。产业结构调整是经济结构调整的中心环节。深化经济体制改革要进一步巩固和加强农业基础地位,加大农业科技投入,增强农业自主创新能力。加快促进传统产业转型升级,增加科技含量、提升研发设计、重视品牌建设、改善市场营销,实现“高端化、品牌化、精细化、清洁化”发展。大力推动战略性新兴产业健康发展。
As an effective starting point for the strategic readjustment of the economic structure, industrial restructuring has combined steady growth, structural adjustment and deepening reforms to speed up substantive changes in the mode of economic development. Adjustment of industrial structure is the central aspect of economic restructuring. To deepen the reform of the economic structure, we must further consolidate and strengthen the basic position of agriculture, increase investment in agricultural science and technology, and enhance the capability of independent innovation in agriculture. Accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, increase the scientific and technological content, enhance R & D and design, attach importance to brand building, improve marketing, and achieve the development of “high-end, brand, refined and clean”. Vigorously promote the healthy development of strategic emerging industries.
