目前,我国各氰化厂都使用锌丝置换的方法从氰化贵液中沉淀金。该法简单易行,但置换时间长,锌的消耗量高,金泥品位低,劳动条件差。1979年9月至12月,辽宁省冶金设计院、金厂峪金矿和吉林省冶金研究所共同进行规模为200(米~3/日)贵液的锌粉置换工业试验。试验表明,设备运转正常,指标稳定,锌的消耗量由锌丝法的每吨金精矿2.20公斤,降低到0.54公斤,金泥品位由8~10%提高到18%,现已投入生产,为我国黄金生产填补了一项空白。工业试验的贵液来自金厂峪金矿氰化厂,其主要成分如下表。
At present, each cyanide plant in our country uses the method of zinc wire replacement to precipitate gold from the cyanide noble liquid. The method is simple and easy, but the replacement of a long time, high consumption of zinc, gold mud grade is low, poor working conditions.
