FIDIC published the FIDIC Short Form of Contract in October 1999, the first such publication in FIDIC’s history. The FIDIC Contract Committee examined four relatively similar forms of contracts by obtaining coverage of each contractual form by comparing its clause titles, the number of articles, sub-paragraphs and page numbers
