本文报告了采用机械和化学联合固位进行金属粘结桥修复30例,修复效果显著。机械性固位主要是金属翼板设计一定的固位形和对金属组织面经喷砂,电蚀处理。化学性固位设计是在粘结前在金属翼板组织面均匀涂布一层偶联剂KH-570酒精溶液,使树脂与金属间产生化学性结合。
This article reports the use of mechanical and chemical joint fixation of metal bonding bridge repair in 30 cases, the repair effect is significant. Mechanical retention is mainly metal wing design a certain shape retention and the metal surface by sandblasting, electric erosion treatment. The chemical retention design is to coat a uniform layer of coupling agent KH-570 alcohol solution on the surface of the metal vane prior to bonding to chemically bond the resin to the metal.
