快淬Nd-Fe-B粘结磁体是新颖的高性能低成本稀土永磁,并具有内禀矫顽力高和磁各向同性特点。本文研究了快淬Nd13.5Fe81.74B4.76粘结磁体在36L78双速电机上应用效果。结果发现:(1)采用不同夹角θ的充磁轭铁充磁,φ30.6/φ23.6×11(mm)磁环内表面的磁场强度可得马鞍型、正弦型及矩型分布。当θ=80°时,内表面磁场强度为马鞍型分布;当θ<75°时,内表面磁场强度为正弦型分布。(2)在磁路状态和磁环尺寸不变的情况下,采用快淬Nd-Fe-B粘结磁体的电机起动力矩比采用进口各向异性烧结铁氧体提高了50%,明显地改善了电机工作特性,为开辟新颖高性能微电机提供了良好的永磁材料。
Quenching Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet is a new high-performance low-cost rare earth permanent magnet, and has high intrinsic coercivity and magnetic isotropy. In this paper, the effect of applying Nd13.5Fe81.74B4.76 bonded magnet on 36L78 two-speed motor was studied. The results show that: (1) The magnetic field strength of the inner surface of φ30.6 / φ23.6 × 11 (mm) can be saddle-shaped, sinusoidal and rectangular with magnetization of yoke with different included angles θ. When θ = 80 °, the internal magnetic field strength is a saddle-shaped distribution; when θ <75 °, the internal magnetic field strength is sinusoidal. (2) The motor starting torque of the quenched Nd-Fe-B bonded magnet is improved by 50% compared with that of the imported anisotropic sintered ferrite under the same condition of the magnetic circuit and the size of the magnetic ring, which is obviously improved The motor operating characteristics, in order to open up new high-performance micro-motor provides a good permanent magnet materials.
