一、简介上海宝山钢铁总厂地处长江入海口南岸。自地表起约60米范围内的土层属粘性土,其工程性质较差,特别是深度2—21米左右的淤泥质亚粘土和淤泥质粘土层,土质更差,习称软土。60米以下为砂层,为了提供国内、外设计桩基工程的依据资料,于1978—1980年间曾先后对钢制管桩、予应力混凝土离心管桩、钢筋混凝土方桩进行了四批工程试桩。其中,第一批试桩是由日本新日铁公司所承担,其余三批均由宝钢工程指挥部组织的三结合试桩小组承担。本文介绍这些试桩的成果並经分析提出适用于上海宝钢地区土质单桩承载力的静力计算方法,也可供具有类似土质条件的桩基设计的参考。
I. Introduction Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Works is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River estuary. The soil in the range of about 60 meters from the surface is a clay soil, and its engineering properties are poor, especially the siltous clay and silt clay layers with a depth of about 2-21 meters, and the soil quality is worse. We call it soft soil. The sand layer is less than 60 meters. In order to provide basis data for domestic and foreign design of pile foundation projects, four batches of engineering trials were conducted on steel pipe piles, prestressed concrete centrifuge piles and reinforced concrete piles between 1978 and 1980. pile. Among them, the first batch of trial piles was undertaken by Japan’s Nippon Steel Corporation, and the remaining three batches were all undertaken by the three-combination test pile group organized by Baosteel Engineering Headquarters. This paper introduces the results of these test piles and analyzes and presents the static calculation method applicable to the bearing capacity of single soil piles in Shanghai Baosteel area. It can also be used as a reference for pile foundation design with similar soil conditions.
