本文通过对T_(739)近交系小鼠接种不同浓度可移植性膀胱癌瘤株,以药物:N-CWS治疗观察发现,此药对荷瘤鼠有明显抑癌效果,此效果与接种癌细胞浓度相关,并发现对低浓度瘤细胞接种组,此药可明显延长荷瘤鼠的生存期。 红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架(N-CWS)是以诺卡氏菌酸、粘多肽、阿拉伯糖—米乳糖、多聚糖、胞壁酰二肽等为主要成份的免疫增强剂。具有增强机体非特异性免疫的作用,对人白血病、小细胞肺癌、恶性胸水、肥大细胞瘤等多种肿瘤有一定治疗效果。但对膀胱癌的治疗报道不多。本实验旨在研究N-CWS对BST_(739)膀胱癌小鼠抗肿瘤效果。 1 实验材料与方法
