Especially in the construction industry, the economic cost of compression, loosening of engineering management brought about the quality problems after another. The quality of construction is good or bad, which has a serious impact on the people’s property and life safety. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the construction project and puts forward the corresponding reform strategies according to the problems.
