目的:研究完全水解蛋白配方奶(CHPF)对早产儿生长发育、喂养安全性的影响。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将我院NICU收治的早产儿40例分为CHPF组及标准早产儿配方奶组(SPF组),比较两组的体格发育指标、喂养不耐受率、达完全肠道喂养时间、静脉营养使用时间、恢复出生体质量时间。结果:与SPF组比较,CHPF组喂养不耐受发生率降低(6.25%vs 33.33%),每天体质量增长[(18.06±1.84)g vs(13.58±1.74)g]、每周身长增长[(1.07±0.14)cm vs(0.89±0.18)cm]、每周头围增长[(0.78±0.12)cm vs(0.52±0.09)cm]加快,达全胃肠喂养时间[(16.9±4.4)d vs(21.1±5.0)d]、静脉营养时间[(11.6±2.1)d vs(14.1±2.0)d]及恢复出生体质量时间[(7.4±0.8)d vs(9.3±1.8)d]缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:CHPF能够促进胃排空,改善早产儿喂养不耐受,并使其更早达到全胃肠道喂养,从而促进早产儿生长发育;CHPF可用于早产儿开奶。
Objective: To study the effect of complete hydrolyzed protein formula (CHPF) on the growth and feeding safety of premature infants. Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted to divide 40 preterm infants who were treated by NICU in our hospital into CHPF group and standard preterm infant formula group (SPF group). The physical development indexes, feeding intolerance rate, Up to full intestine feeding time, intravenous nutrition time, restore birth weight time. Results: Compared with SPF group, the incidence of feeding intolerance in CHPF group decreased (6.25% vs 33.33%), the body weight gain per day [(18.06 ± 1.84) g vs (13.58 ± 1.74) g] 1.07 ± 0.14) cm vs (0.89 ± 0.18) cm], and the weekly head circumference increased [(0.78 ± 0.12) cm vs (0.52 ± 0.09) cm] (21.1 ± 5.0) d], the time of intravenous nutrition [(11.6 ± 2.1) d vs (14.1 ± 2.0) d] and the time of birth weight restoration [(7.4 ± 0.8) d vs (9.3 ± 1.8) d] All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: CHPF can promote gastric emptying, improve the feeding intolerance of premature infants, and make it enter into the whole gastrointestinal tract as soon as possible so as to promote the growth and development of premature infants. CHPF can be used to premature infants.
