目的调查河北地区汉族人群杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)的基因频率分布情况。方法收集河北地区无血缘关系汉族人群血液样本288份,采用PCR-SSP法检测KIR基因型,统计基因频率。结果河北地区汉族人群中KIR框架基因2DL4、3DL2、3DL3、3DP1的基因频率均为100.00%,2DL1、2DL3、3DL1、2DS4、2DP1的频率较高,均>92.00%,而2DL2、2DS2、2DS3、2DS5的频率则较低;在河北汉族人群中共发现51种组合型,KIR组合型2DL4+3DP1+3DL2+3DL3+2DL1+2DL3+2DP1+3DL1+2DS4所占比例最大,约为43.75%。结论河北汉族人群中KIR基因频率与其他亚洲人群相似,不同于其他民族。KIR组合型2DL4+3DP1+3DL2+3DL3+2DL1+2DL3+2DP1+3DL1+2DS4所占比例最大。
Objective To investigate the gene frequency distribution of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) in Han population of Hebei province. Methods A total of 288 blood samples from Han unrelated Han population in Hebei Province were collected. The KIR genotypes were detected by PCR-SSP and the gene frequency was calculated. Results The frequencies of KDL gene 2DL4, 3DL2, 3DL3 and 3DP1 in Han population of Hebei Province were both 100.00%. The frequencies of 2DL1, 2DL3, 3DL1, 2DS4 and 2DP1 were all higher than 92.00%, while the frequencies of 2DL2, The frequency of 2DS5 is relatively low. Among the Han population in Hebei Province, 51 types were found, and the proportion of KIR combined 2DL4 + 3DP1 + 3DL2 + 3DL3 + 2DL1 + 2DL3 + 2DP1 + 3DL1 + 2DS4 was the largest, accounting for 43.75%. Conclusion The frequency of KIR gene in Hebei Han population is similar to that in other Asian populations, which is different from other ethnic groups. KIR combined 2DL4 + 3DP1 + 3DL2 + 3DL3 + 2DL1 + 2DL3 + 2DP1 + 3DL1 + 2DS4 the largest proportion.
