以果蝇为实验模型研究香椿叶醇提取物对果蝇寿命及抗氧化的影响.将羽化10 h内未交配的雌雄果蝇分开并分别随机分组,饲喂不同质量分数的香椿叶醇提取物:0、0.1%、1%、10%、20%、没食子酸(GA)1%、维生素E(VE)1%,统计雌雄果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命,检测雌雄果蝇蛋白质含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果显示:饲喂香椿叶醇提取物的雌雄果蝇平均寿命、半数死亡时间和最高寿命均得到延长,果蝇体内蛋白质含量和SOD活性提高,MDA含量降低,其效果在一定质量分数范围内与香椿叶醇提取物剂量存在依赖关系.因此,香椿叶醇提取物具有明显的抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用.
Drosophila melanogaster was used as an experimental model to study the effect of extract of Toona sinensis on the longevity and antioxidation of Drosophila melanogaster.The male and female flies that were not mated within 10 h of eclosion were randomly divided into three groups and fed with different mass fractions of extract : 0,0.1%, 1%, 10%, 20%, GA 1%, Vitamin E (VE) 1%, the average life expectancy, the median death time and the highest life expectancy of the male and female flies were counted. Protein content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured.The results showed that the average life span, half of the time of death and highest life expectancy of male and female flies fed with alcohol extract of Toona sinensis were prolonged, In vivo protein content and SOD activity increased, MDA content decreased, and its effect in a certain range of mass fraction of Toon leaves alcohol extract dose dependent .Therefore, the extract of Toona sinensis leaves has significant antioxidant and anti-aging effect.
