The article compares the ideological differences between the reorganizationist and the Chiang Kai-shek Nanjing government through the remarks in the “Revolutionary Review.” This shows that the reason why the reformers were popular was that they took advantage of the ideological weakness of the Chiang Kai-shek Nanjing government and created a policy that caters to the needs of China Part of the national bourgeoisie and the petty bourgeoisie at the upper-class improved the psychological reorganization theory, but because of their inherent deficiencies in theory, they also foreshadowed the inevitable outcome of their failure.
