高血糖诱发心肌代谢紊乱,引起心肌肥大和纤维化,使心脏舒张和收缩功能发生异常,诱发心衰,造成糖尿病心肌病。其病理过程可能与心肌中激活NADPH氧化酶、内质网应激、内皮素和活性氧通路等炎症因子有关。本文综述糖尿病心肌病的主要机制,相关靶点及中药治疗,为中药治疗糖尿病提供理论依据。 Hyperglycemia induced myocardial metabolic disorders, causing cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis, diastolic and systolic dysfunction, induced heart failure, resulting in diabetic cardiomyopathy. The pathological process may be related to the activation of myocardial NADPH oxidase, endoplasmic reticulum stress, endothelin and reactive oxygen species and other inflammatory factors. This article reviews the main mechanisms of diabetic cardiomyopathy, related targets and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes mellitus to provide a theoretical basis.
