我国交通建设监理行业已经有20多年的发展历程,在企业数量和从业人数方面具有较大规模,运作模式基本成熟。但是,这个阶段的监理行业呈现出举步为艰、前途未卜的态势。这种情况全国范围内普遍存在,同时也引起了行业主管部门的关注。笔者认为,要谈一个行业的前景首先必须了解行业的特点,才能得出较为准确的分析和判断。 China’s transport construction supervision industry has been more than 20 years of development history, in the number of enterprises and employees with a larger scale, the operation mode is basically mature. However, the supervisory industry at this stage showed a difficult situation and an uncertain future. This situation is widespread throughout the country, but also attracted the attention of industry authorities. The author believes that to talk about the prospects of an industry must first understand the characteristics of the industry in order to come to a more accurate analysis and judgment.
