在养分缺乏条件下,有机酸对植物的存活与生长状况至关重要。本研究用不同比例A1和C层寒温带棕色针叶林土混合制造土壤养分缺乏条件,栽植兴安落叶松幼苗,根据东北林区森林凋落物淋洗液中草酸的浓度范围,用不同浓度草酸溶液喷施兴安落叶松幼苗,测定草酸对养分缺乏条件下兴安落叶松幼苗多种生理生化指标的影响。研究表明草酸处理后,落叶松幼苗电导率和MDA含量随草酸浓度增加而降低;落叶松幼苗SOD和POD活性均略有升高;5.0mmol·L-1草酸对养分缺乏下兴安落叶松幼苗体内脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白渗透调节物质含量的影响最为显著;草酸浓度为10.0mmol·L-1时促使落叶松幼苗生长最为明显。
In the absence of nutrients, organic acids are crucial for plant survival and growth. In this study, different proportions of A1 and C layers of cold temperate coniferous forest mixed soil to create soil nutrient conditions, planting Larix gmelinii seedlings, forest litter in northeast China forest eluent oxalate concentration range, with different concentrations of oxalic acid solution The effects of oxalic acid on many physiological and biochemical indexes of Larix gmelinii seedlings under nutrient deficiency were measured. The results showed that after the oxalic acid treatment, the electrical conductivity and MDA content of Larix gmelinii seedlings decreased with the increase of oxalic acid concentration; the activity of SOD and POD of the larch seedlings increased slightly; the activity of 5.0 mmol·L- Proline and soluble protein osmotic adjustment substance content of the most significant impact; oxalic acid concentration of 10.0mmol·L-1 to promote the growth of Larix seedlings most obvious.
