在我国高校教育中,顶岗实习是教育体系中的一个重要环节。随着经济发展对专业性基础岗位人才需求的不断增加,高职院校实习问题逐渐凸显,由于顶岗实习受时间等多方面的影响,高职学生在顶岗实习时的管理也非常困难。通过对实证的调查研究,针对高职院校学生顶岗实习的现状和管理困难等相关问题进行分析,结合调查结果和在校企的工作实践,提出加大校企间的连接、优化教学内容、学校派出专门管理实习学生的教师等方法,希望通过分析和建议,让学生实习学有所用,也为将来走上工作岗位打下基础,实现自身价值。
In China’s university education, internship is an important part of the education system. With the continuous development of economic development on the demand for specialized basic posts, the internship problem in higher vocational colleges gradually highlights. Due to the influence of time and other factors, the management of higher vocational students in internship is also very difficult. Through the empirical investigation and study, the author analyzes the problems related to the status quo and management difficulties of the internship in higher vocational colleges and puts forward that it is necessary to increase the connection between schools and enterprises, optimize the teaching content, The school dispatches teachers and other specialized management internships and other methods, hoping to analyze and suggest students practical internships, but also lay the foundation for future jobs, to realize their own value.
