随着我国经济形势发展的越来越好,企业与企业之间的竞争也越来越大。在企业与企业之间竞争还没有达到如此激烈之前,一个企业只要具备充足的企业资金和一定的设施设备就可以继续发展下去,但是在如今新时代的发展背景下,在企业与企业之间竞争愈加激烈的情况下,一个企业要想获得长期的发展空间,其不但要拥有充足的企业资金、完善的硬件设施,其还需要良好的软件设施,如企业内部有效的沟通形式、公平完善的工作激励机制等[1]。本文首先分析了加强企业内部沟通与激励的必要性,继而分析了我国大多数企业组织内部的沟通与激励中所存在的问题,最后就如何更好的加强企业组织内部的沟通与激励工作提出了几点建议。
