强制流动热梯度化学气相渗透 ( FCVI)作为一种制备碳基与陶瓷基复合材料的新工艺 ,可在短时间内制备出密度均匀、性能优良的制件。分析了在 FCVI工艺过程中预制体温度与气体温度的区别 ,并从理论上推导出了 FCVI中气体温度与预制体温度间的关系 ,进一步分析气体流量对气体温度分布的影响。
Forced Flow Thermal Gradient Chemical Vapor Infiltration (FCVI), as a new process for preparing carbon-based and ceramic matrix composites, can produce parts with uniform density and excellent properties in a short period of time. The difference between preform temperature and gas temperature in FCVI process was analyzed. The relationship between gas temperature and preform temperature in FCVI was deduced theoretically, and the influence of gas flow on gas temperature distribution was further analyzed.
