2005年12月16日,中国通信学会在信息产业部和中国科协的支持下,在北京召开了“2005年度中国通信学会科学技术奖颁奖大会”。在会上,“高速光纤通信系统偏振模色散自适应补偿关键技术”(该成果是基于张晓光教授主持的国家“863”计划重点项目“光纤偏振模色散自适应补偿技术”和杨伯君教授主持的国家自然科学基金项目“高速光纤通信系统中偏振模色散自动补偿技术的研究”等国家和省部级项目的系列成果)获得2005年度中国通信学会科学技术三等奖。“863”专家组在验收上述“863”重点项目时做出了有“重大突破”的评价,并打出“Aa”的最高总评分数。
On December 16, 2005, with the support of the Ministry of Information Industry and the China Association for Science and Technology, China Society of Communications held the 2005 Annual Meeting of Science and Technology Award of China Communications Academy in Beijing. At the meeting, “key technologies of adaptive compensation of polarization mode dispersion in high-speed optical fiber communication system” (the result is based on Professor Zhang Xiaoguang's national “863” project focused on “optical fiber polarization mode dispersion adaptive compensation technology” and Professor Yang Bojun presided over the country Natural Science Foundation project “high-speed optical fiber communication system polarization mode dispersion automatic compensation technology research” and other national and provincial projects series results) won the 2005 China Communications Society of science and technology prize three. The “863” expert group made a “major breakthrough” when accepting the above “863” key projects and made the highest overall score of “Aa.”
