随着世界石油工业不断走向深海(1372~2286m)和超深海(>2286m),钻井方面也遇到了众多的挑战。结合世界其他地区深海和超深海钻井存在的普遍问题和经验教训,分析了缅甸西海岸Ra-khine海域深海钻井作业将遇到的主要作业风险和技术难点,例如,钻井船定位和恶劣海况的挑战,泥浆密度窗口窄,海底低温,浅层地质危害,水合物等问题,并简要介绍了克服这些难题的相关技术和方法,希望能为国内深海钻井作业提供一定的借鉴。
As the world petroleum industry continues to move towards the deep sea (1372 ~ 2286m) and ultra-deep sea (> 2286m), drilling has encountered many challenges. Combined with the common problems and lessons learned from deep-sea and ultra-deep sea drilling in other parts of the world, the main operational risks and technical difficulties encountered in deep-sea drilling operations in the Ra-khine area on the west coast of Myanmar are analyzed. For example, the challenges of drilling vessel positioning and poor sea conditions, Mud density window is narrow, the seafloor low temperature, shallow geological hazards, hydrates and other issues, and briefly introduced the relevant technologies and methods to overcome these problems, hoping to provide some reference for deep-sea drilling operations in China.
